Established Dog Rescues: Where can I find help writing the Articles of Incorporation for a new nonprofit? - articles of incorporation template
Non-profit (and Rescue) is in Florida. I agree with the Senate and the sites of the IRS with models and so familiar. However, without legal training, everything in the jargon of the elements in the sample is very confused. What should I change if I should I change anything? Is it better to just sit with a lawyer and sort this mess? Or it's easier than it seems, and it was only a matter of filling in the gaps?
Articles of the Constitution have been my failure only the things in motion with this non-profit. Needless to say, I am awed by their density is, would and organizations, non-profit (already), especially rescue aid conviction. Thank you!

You can also ask for contact with a law school and whether they have a legal aid clinic, ask the clinic if they have a business attorney in practice .... I believe it is essential to come to the company under its law, even if you help pay for it. If you find a lawyer to save the dog, that the problem could be solved.
