Could a set of instructions here, but it would be writing a lot. It is better to get a book from the library or a book from Home Depot and Lowe's. Who will explain how.

There are a few thoughts on this project. The first is whether the field is on the roof strong enough to withstand the fan. Can you go in the attic above the ceiling, and you see the picture? If you see does not consider the housing and assembly under the roof, if you can keep the fan. If it is a flat box mounted on the ceiling plaster / gypsum, is not strong enough to ensure air circulation. If you have a solid support that is stuck in the rafters above, then it is probably good. Without the review is a bit hard to say.

The next consideration is whether you fan just a fan, or if you have a light. If you have a fan and light, you want to control separately? Check The easy way is to have two separate cables from the junction box to the box. This implies that HAVE to perform a new thread. (There are some fans most expensive remote control that is not necessary to separate cables to control the fan and light separately. Talk to a provider of Home Depot and Lowe's (or the person of your supplier) for this option.)

Good luck!

You do not need. Everything we do is buy a ceiling fan. Turn off the electricity. (important) to take the old bolts and then remove the old light. Now follow the instructions to install the new fan. I would like to network with the blade, then the blades again. It's easier and easier. Make sure the wiring instructions carefully (and in conjunction with red and blue to red to blue), before the screws to follow at the end and see if it works .......... I hope this helps you ..
